10 am – 12 midnight Sunday-Thursday

10 am – 1:00 am Friday – Saturday

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED? 

Cash, all major credit cards at our office. Credit cards and business checks for future reservations and charters. Credit cards on file for charters and security for the final bill are subject to change from reserved length of charter or number of guests if they differ from reservation (ie. If a reservation was make for a 1 hour charters, but the trip lasted 1.5 hours, 1.5 hours would be charged to to the final bill. Also, if 10 guests reserve but 14 board the vessel, the additional guests will be added to the final bill).

SHOULD WE ASK FOR RESERVATIONS?

Reservations are strongly suggested. We are an “on demand” service and not a “bus” service. We pick you up when you want, but feel free to hail us if you see our boats on the water. We will do our best to pick you up for a tour or taxi trip.

HOW IS SEATING HANDLED?

“First come, first served” is our reservation policy. The first party that reserves a time and trip goes. If there is space available and you want to go on the same tour than you can join in.

MAY WE BRING ADULT BEVERAGES?

You may bring and consume adult beverages on your tour as long as your are of legal age (you may use our iced cooler). For the safety of everyone on board, if you over consume and fail to follow the instructions of the captain or crew, you and your entire party will be immediately dropped off at the nearest dock without a refund. If you are intoxicated (in the opinion of our staff) at the time you attempt to board, you will not be allowed on our vessels.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD?

We accept children of all ages from newborn and up. We have PFD’s for children and adults. Children may not stand on the seats so that their shoulders are higher than the rails.

WHAT IS A CHARTER?

A charter means you have rented the entire boat and crew by the hour or day. You will have full use of the boat and crew for the time you reserve. You may have as many passengers as the boat may legally carry, and we will follow the route you request. You may have private parties, weddings, group tours, photo and movie shoots. 
CHARTER PAYMENTS: A 50% DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. BALANCE PAID 72 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
CHARTER RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO A $25  ADDITIONAL HOURLY CHARGE.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS FOR CHARTER CANCELLATIONS:
100% REFUND IF CANCELLED 30 DAYS BEFORE RESERVED DATE
100% CREDIT  IF CANCELLED 7-29 DAYS BEFORE RESERVED DATE
50%  CREDIT  IF CANCELLED 3-6 DAYS BEFORE RESERVED DATE
NO CREDITS OR REFUND IF CANCELLED 72 HOURS BEFORE RESERVED   DATE.
100% CREDIT IF WE CANCEL THE TRIP BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS OR BY GOVERNMENT ORDER.

ALL TIME IS COUNTED FROM THE TIME RESERVED BY GUESTS FOR THE DURATION
OF THERE REQUESTED TRIP.
DEPARTURE TIME IS SET BY YOU. ARRIVAL TO  THE AGREED DEPARTURE LOCATION IS
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUESTS. WAITING TIME IS ADDED TO FINAL BILL AT THE
RATE OF $75 PER 15 MINUTES. GRACE PERIOD IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CAPTAIN.
WE WILL NOT LEAVE IF WE HAVE BROUGHT GUESTS TO A LOCATION AND THEY ARE
LATE. WE WILL WAIT FOR GUESTS SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE.
